We are delighted to welcome our new Member Engagement Officer, Muthoni Kinyua.
Muthoni Kinyua has experience in project management, membership coordination, business development, customer expertise and database management with over 5 years of practice. She is passionate about cultivating relationships and building networks.
As the incoming Member Engagement, her work is centred on supporting the improvement of member experience. To deliver this she will be working closely with members. She intends to enhance the members’ experience through strategic engagement plans that access member benefits, tools and resources.
Lastly, Muthoni is passionate about shaping the future through embedding ways of excellence – structures and processes, building sustainable relationships and most importantly driving outcomes. She takes pride in providing the best customer satisfaction possible.
