Rachel is a Tech Entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience and expertise in driving digital and financial inclusion of underserved groups like Women & Girls, Youth, PWDs and MSEs in the world. She has experience managing a P&L of over $200,000,000 in multiple countries.

Rachel coordinates startups programs and Mentors early stage Founders with Founders Institute, Social Shifters (UK), Presidential Digital Talent Programme among other innovation hubs and organizations. She is a Board Member and Policy Advisor for Association of Startup and SMEs Enablers of Kenya (ASSEK).

Rachel is the Founder of Biashara Africa an ecommerce and lending platform with a community of over 10,000 small businesses in Africa and Fibroids Center, a Healthtech inspired by her experience that educates women about Fibroids and connects them to Gynecologists to get treated.
